i found that the roco, for me either went down a little and didnt soak up as much as id liked it too or if i was jumping it would nearly everytime bottom out. The van r i find quite hard to bottom out even though it doesnt have the bottom out resistance tech from the other models. I rarely bottomed it. i saw a good performance increase.
